The Syracuse Nationals in upstate New York was held at the New York State Fair Grounds on July 21 & 22. We could not have asked for better weather or a better crowd – approx 75,000 people attended. The event housed over 6,000 vehicles trucks and cars ranging from customs, classics, hotrods,vintage and everything in between. The inventory was was endless as we drove around the largest exhibit complexes in North America with eight primary facilities on 375 acres. Fun pics coming soon.

July 6th & & 7th brought on the annual Masters Auto Expo, presented by O’Riley Auto parts. The ESPN crew and I were in Radford Virgina home of the famous paved oval in the Appalachian Foothills. Yes, you got it, The Motor Mile Speedway & Dragway. We shot 6 new episodes of Mothers Polish Car Show Competition. We went non stop through hot temperatures and humidity. The days were jammed pack full of awesome rides along with their proud owners, each with own personality.  Oh, just a side note…hot temps & humidity trigger dehydration, which in turn, triggers your engine to over heat, resulting in heat stroke. Yes, I got it and it sucked! 6 bottles of Pedelite latter, I finally got rid of the splitting migraine…good lord!
